Choose Your 3-Month Performance Path

Both tracks include a 1-on-1 kickoff, bi-weekly Zoom check-ins, and direct coach access via text and email.

  • The MASS Plan: Build lean muscle and power. We use a strategic caloric surplus and protein-first fueling to help you gain "good weight" and strength.
  • The LEAN Plan: Boost agility and power-to-weight ratio. We utilize a moderate caloric deficit to shed body fat while preserving muscle and high energy levels.

Every program covers the essentials:

  • Precision Fueling: Pre- and post-workout recovery.
  • Hydration: Focus and injury prevention.
  • Safe Guidance: Evidence-based, youth-appropriate supplement advice.
