Description

Skills & Drills $40 per session 

Sessions focus on fundamentals to keep athletes’ foundations strong, while providing intensive skill work to refine technique. Expect a challenging environment that will push athletes to adapt.  Drills are run at a fast cadence, simulating game scenarios and competition to prepare them for the demands of real game situations, speed of play and their upcoming Winter season.

Dates: Mondays & Wednesdays, starting September 2nd – October 8th

Time: 7-8pm
